Hi, I’m Matej — founder of Bistronomy Barcelona.
Since 2017, I’ve been creating bespoke private dining experiences across Barcelona — from intimate villa dinners to large-scale celebrations and exclusive events.
My cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean and Spanish gastronomy, shaped by over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens. I incorporate global influences — always adapted to the client, the setting, and the occasion.
I work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and every menu is fully personalized — based on your tastes and dietary requirements.

Arrival & Delivery
We arrive at 2-3 hours beforehand and ensure everything is in it’s place for a five star service.

Do you speak English?
Yes, we speak fluent English and Spanish, both when arranging your booking and during the dining experience itself, ensuring smooth and clear communication at every step.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We adapt menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or other allergy-sensitive needs. Let us know your requirements during booking so we can ensure a seamless dining experience.
Location of our services
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Barcelona and the surrounding areas – Sitges, Castelldefels, Maresme, Llavaneres del munt, Costa Brava, Girona, Cadaques, Roses, Tarragona, Priorat, Costa del Sol, Penedés Empordá. For events further afield, we are happy to travel — additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 7 days notice for cancellations for simpler events and dinner parties and weddings and complex services please get in touch. Last-minute changes may incur a fee, depending on the event and preparations already underway.
